WHOLESALE POLICIES

Opening Order Minimum

Standard opening wholesale orders must meet one of the following:

• Minimum order value of $500 wholesale, or
• Minimum of 10 units total across eligible products

Assortments may include multiple designs unless otherwise noted.

For select products, minimum quantities per design may apply.

Wholesale Pricing

Standard wholesale pricing is 40% off current retail pricing for orders that meet the wholesale minimum.

Small test orders or orders below the standard opening minimum may be approved at Britt Atkinson’s discretion and are generally offered at 30% off retail pricing.

Wholesale pricing is intended for approved retail partners purchasing products for resale.

Reorders

Reorders must have a minimum wholesale value of $300.

Reorders may include a mix of eligible products and designs.

Product Assortment

We encourage retailers to curate assortments that best fit their customers.

Availability may vary by artwork, product, season, or collection. Certain limited-edition, original, commissioned, or specialty pieces may not be eligible for wholesale pricing.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before production or shipment unless alternative written terms have been approved.

Invoices will be provided electronically and may be paid through the approved payment link.

Wholesale partners must provide a valid resale certificate or applicable tax exemption documentation before tax-exempt wholesale orders are processed.

Shipping

Wholesale customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping charges may be included on the original invoice or billed separately once final shipping costs are determined.

Orders will ship to the address listed on the approved wholesale order.

Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on inventory, product type, order size, and season.

Estimated fulfillment timelines will be provided when the order is confirmed.

Orders for seasonal launches, markets, events, or holidays should be placed as early as possible to allow adequate production and shipping time.

Changes and Cancellations

Because wholesale orders may require production specifically for the retailer, changes or cancellations must be requested promptly.

Once an order has entered production, been printed, or been prepared for shipment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Returns

Wholesale orders are final sale unless merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept wholesale returns based on unsold inventory, customer preference, or changes in the retailer’s assortment.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include photographs of the product and packaging so we can determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.

Retail Pricing

Retail partners are encouraged to sell Britt Atkinson products at the suggested retail price provided at the time of purchase.

Retailers may not permanently advertise Britt Atkinson products below suggested retail pricing without prior approval.

Promotional sales or temporary storewide events are permitted at the retailer’s discretion unless otherwise agreed.

Online Sales

Approved wholesale partners may sell Britt Atkinson products through their own physical store and branded retail website.

Products may not be resold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms without written permission.

Brand Presentation

Britt Atkinson artwork, photography, logos, and product imagery may be used by approved wholesale partners solely for the purpose of marketing and selling purchased Britt Atkinson products.

Brand imagery may not be materially altered, reproduced on other merchandise, sublicensed, or used to create derivative products without written permission.

Territory and Exclusivity

Wholesale accounts are non-exclusive unless exclusivity has been specifically negotiated and confirmed in writing.

Placement with one retailer does not automatically prevent Britt Atkinson from selling directly to customers or partnering with additional retailers in the same market.
